Reports surfaced in 2020 that Whitney Henriquez told London’s High Court that she was kicked out of Depp’s luxurious penthouse in Los Angeles because she got into a fight with her sister.
During her testimony in Johnny Depp’s libel case against New Group Newspaper, Whitney said Depp accused her of conspiring to sell their wedding photos to her friend, Sara Kitnick who is a journalist.
She added that Amber believed Depp and was devastated, and upset that she believed Johnny over her hence she became estranged from Amber and Johnny because of these accusations.

Amber Heard’s sister, Whitney Henriquez was the first witness to testify at the messy trial of Depp and Amber on May 18th, 2022. She noted that the actor struck Amber Heard in March 2015 after her sister caught him having extramarital affair.
In her words, ““Johnny runs up the stairs. I’m facing Amber; he comes up behind me, strikes me in the back. I hear Amber shout don’t hit my f****** sister. She smacks him, lands one. That’s when Travis (Depp’s security guard) runs up the stairs. Johnny had already grabbed Amber by the hair with one hand and was whacking her with the other,” Whitney Henriquez stated under oath, admitting the estranged couple nicknamed her their “marriage counsellor” due to her regularly moved to meditate in their physical fight.
